Each year Pantone has issued a color of the year. These color suggestion can influence interior design, home decor, crafting and so much more.
This year, Pantone has chosen two colors instead of one. The colors for 2021 are Illuminating – a yellow color and Ultimate Gray – a medium gray color. They are complimenting of each other. In summary, the reason given for this year’s choices is that the gray represents steadfastness and composure and the yellow represents hope, vitality and looking forward.
These two colors can give the crocheter some ideas for color coordination and combinations as they compliment each other so well. How can we incorporate these two colors into our work this year?
