Christmas Flower Ornament

Materials:
• Use scraps of yarn of yellow, red, and green for each round/ornament
• Size G/4.00 mm hook
• Needle to sew in ends
Notes:
• PS – 5 tr in same st and pull up the loop. Remove hook from loop and insert hook into the first tr. Pull loop through the tr.
• Picot – ch 3; insert your hook in the third chain from the hook; yarn over and draw the yarn through the stitch and through the loop on the hook.
• The ch 1 in rounds 1 and 3 do not count as a stitch


Ch 4 and sl st into first ch to make a loop or use a magic ring.
Rnd 1. With yellow, ch 1 and 8 sc into loop. Sl st into beg ch-1 and fasten off yellow
Rnd 2. With red, attach in any sc. Ch 4 in any sc. 4 more trs in the same st and complete a ps. *(Ch 2 and ps in next sc). Repeat from * 6 times. Ch 2 and sl st into beg ps. Fasten off red.
Rnd 3. With green, attach in any ch-2 sp. Ch 1, 1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 1 dc, picot, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc in the ch-2 sp. *(1 sc, 1 hdc, 1 dc, 1 dc, picot, 1 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc) in next ch-2 sp. Repeat from * 6 times and sl st into beg ch-1. Fasten off and weave in loose ends.
